Generals are very important, do everything possible so as not to lose them during battles. Each of your military leaders has unique talents and develops as they gain experience. Good generals on the battlefield increase the chances of winning no less than the numerical superiority of the troops.
There are a lot of types of troops; the composition of the army can matter during a confrontation.
Battles take place in several modes:
- Real time, where your armies clash with enemy armies on the battlefield
- Tactical, in which battles look like games in a board game vaguely reminiscent of chess
Both modes are interesting in their own way and will allow you to use different tactics and strategies during battles.
The world map is generated randomly, so even if you have already completed the game, it will be interesting again when you play through it again.
